1. Mr. Arvind Singh joined ARCOP as the first employee in December, 1985. Mr. Singh is responsible for all Accounting and Administrative work including Financial Planning, Drafting Contracts and Banking.

1. Debasish Guha, is an Architect from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and Urban Designer – planner from Mc Gill University; Montreal, Canada. He is a Fellow of Royal institute of Chartered Surveyors, UK. He joined ARCOP Group in 1974 and has been co-founder and Director with Arcop Associates Pvt Ltd since 1984. He is also a Founder and Director of Institute of Lean Construction Excellence, India.
2. He has 40 years’ experience in the profession as a Designer. Through his involvement in Challenging projects, Mr Guha has acquired a wealth of knowledge be it the design, construction or Administration of planning, urban design, architectural and interior design projects. This knowledge has been applied to the creation of architectural designs of high quality and standards.
3. With his diverse experience of designing versatile challenging projects locally and internationally, he is currently leading teams of Architects, Planners and Urban Designers on various various projects in India and Sultanate of Oman including projects of national importance like the IIMs, IITs and Projects for Govt of Oman.

1. He has also been founder of ARCOP’s operations in Muscat, Oman through Arcop & Partners (Middle East) Engineering Consultants L.L.C. and is involved in prestigious projects for the Royal Court and hospitals and high end housing condominiums.

Mr.Jasvinder Singh Khurana is a Graduate from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and is an Associate of Institute of Town Planner's India - from where he completed his Post Graduate study in Town Planning.

He joined ARCOP as an Architectural intern in January 1992 and has continued working here ever since. Presently he holds the position of Associate Director in the company

He has more than 25 years of experience as a Design Associate in Architectural Design and Planning . During this professional tenure. Mr.Khurana has worked and delivered on a wide spectrum of Projects in India and Abroad. He has acquired great deal of knowledge in design and construction - which he applies in the creation of new designs adapting to the Context and Character.

Manish K Bagga joined ARCOP in 1989. During his journey in ARCOP he has been involved in major Landmark projects like Garden Estate, Laburnum, Pt. Ravi Shankar Institute of Music, Jaypee Palace Hotel, Classic Golf Resort, M3M Golf Estate to name a few.

He has an eye for detail and he is known for providing sustainable solutions for Intricate Architectural designs.

He believes in Lean Principles for Architecture and construction techniques.

Mr Nitin Gupta graduated from School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi in 1992. In his journey of last 24 years in the profession he has played various roles in the planning, design and construction of multiple projects of interior design, building design and campuses and townships design and planning.

He joined ARCOP in 1995. Since then Nitin has grown on to become a partner and Director in Arcop. Nitin has been able to work under legendary architect Mr. Ramesh Khosla, principal founder of Arcop in India and learn from astute designer and leader Deb Guha, co-founder and head, India operations.

Nitin designed one of the most hi tech digital museum on Mahatma Gandhi at Gandhinagar recently. Hotels, Sports and cultural complexes, educational schools and higher education campus and various building types has been his expertise. Presently Nitin is involved in various prestigious Public buildings like IAS Academy, Lucknow and police Headquarters , Hyderabad.

Nitin Gupta has been involved in setting up Arcop’s operations in Muscat, Oman for the past 5 years and is involved in prestigious projects for the Royal Court and hospitals and high end housing condominiums.

Mr. Menon possesses over 23 years of experience in the architectural profession and is ARCOP’s senior design director. Having key experience in designing state of the art buildings in almost all disciplines, Mr Menon’s key qualifications include Architecture Design, Sustainability and Urban Architecture.

1. Ramesh Khosla’s distinctive approach to architecture is the result of his deep passion for the relevance of context in the designs that he creates.
1. Recipient of the Aga Khan International Award for designing the ITC Mughal, a five star hotel in Agra, Ramesh Khosla studied architecture at the University of Hannover, West Germany and earned his master’s degree in Architecture and Urban Design from Washington University, St. Louis, USA.
1. He has been a senior partner at the Montreal based, world renowned architecture firm, ARCOP and senior Director with Arcop Associates – India. Mr. Khosla is a recipient of the Canadian Governor General’s Award in Architecture for the Jayprakash Institute of Information Technology in Noida. He received the award of excellence of the “Canadian Architect” for the Jaypee Head Office Building in Noida.
1. Mr. Khosla has been involved in various projects in India including Mughal Shereton, Classic Golf Resort, Laburnum, Tarudhan Valley Golf Resort and Ivy. Jaypee Greens, Noida & Greater Noida. He has been involved in a number of projects internationally and has designed a number of hotels including hotels for Aga Khan Development Network in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Tajikistan.

Mr. Khosla is accredited with success of defining real estate projects such as the World Trade Center Concourse, New York City; Longueil New Town, Montreal; Holiday Inn (Dominion Square), Montreal; Hotel Intendance Bay, Seychelles; The Centrum, Los Angeles; Naperville Office Research Park, Chicago.

Mr. Sanjay Singh possesses over 27 years of experience in the Architectural profession. Having key experience in designing state of the art buildings in almost all disciplines, Mr Singh’s key projects include Laburnum, Jaypee Institute of Information and Technology and most recent Redevelopment of Pragati Maidan into integrated Exhibition cum convention center.

Tariq Mujib Siddiqui joined ARCOP in 1993.

As a Associate Director with more than 24 years of professional experience and an expertise in project coordination, this includes initiating with design development stage to construction stage, developing and monitoring of technical production, technical content, quality assurance etc.

His portfolio includes projects like large-scale mixed-use and retail developments, five-star hotels and resorts, offices, housing, business parks, museums, airports, recreational and cultural facilities.

Having working experience of Arcop’s projects around various countries besides India.
